autumn spells hibiki-an's kuradashi matcha for me; a season for deep contemplation is barely complete without the aid of this deep and complex brew. always made sure to snag a few or itll be another year of wait which was a painful lesson ive had to learn the hard way - i. the flavour can be so very addictive ii. hibiki-an's packaging keeps the matcha perfectly for awhile in the chiller. a fascination that has been with me for many a year now. |
