| Review | Every morning I prepare my morning matcha for sipping and reflecting from the deck of my Eagle River Valley house. Most days are shared with Reddy the little American Red Squirrel, Black-capped Chickadees and Red-breasted Nuthatches. I can count the days I missed on one hand and it is more than traditional for me now, simply part of my daily life. The adventure continues after beginning in the spring of 2013 when I discovered Shincha and Matcha from Hibiki-An and started my conversion to the amazing green teas they grow.
