This last shipment has a nice fresh green aroma. In comparing to the Tana method, it doesn't have some of the funky aroma caused by nitrogen compounds. Colour is very good. I drink this mostly in latte form. Lately, I have been using organic milk. Look for a good milk brand with a lot if milk flavour. It seems to bring out the best in the tea. |
