I drink matcha every day now that I received the House Matcha Large Bag. The tea powder has a nice aroma, is not that sensitive to water temperature and or infusion time. Using about two "spoons" of the tea by using the special utensil, it makes a very good foam that lasts for a long time. I use the finest whisker also from Hibiki-an, and one of their clay bowls. Nice aroma. Pure, without any weird smells. I like this House Matcha! |
