One of my absolute favourite teas. I find this to be an excellent balance between the sweetness of a Gyokuro and the bitterness of a Sencha. I usually brew at 60°C to make this tea a bitter closer to the taste of Gyokuro, but without the risk of making it overly sweet, which easily happens with a Gyokuro tea. This tea is simply a must try for anyone that is looking for a tasty tea that even is easy to brew. |
