| Review | I have had a lot of matcha, starting manyy years ago in Japan when I studied tea for one year, and the last several years here in the US. I was very surprised by the high quality of Hibikian's Matcha Superior. I had previously tried Premium, so I thought I might not like the Superior as well. They are of course quite different, but I loved the Superior just as much. I made a note to order it again. (And I just did!). The foam was thick and rich and a beautiful color, and the taste was smooth and mellow. Thank you again Hibikian! |
