This is an excellent value Sencha I have been ordering for several years. As other reviewers have noted, it has very smooth taste in both the 1st and 2nd brews, and a lovely colour. It just needs the water to not be boiling hot, but 80 degrees or even slighly less, to bring out all its flavour. In fact I brew it 5-6 times and it is still not bitter. And the dry leaves smell wonderful on their own and are very refreshing! Last, but not least, I have found that they can keep slightly longer than the expiration date on the pack if you keep them in a dark, cool place (not in the fridge as they may gather moisture).
