| Review | These Ebi Senbei are quite different from the shrimp crackers you might find on the shelves of a Japanese market in the U.S. The bite is a little more like a cracker and the flavor is very shrimp-y. The color is beautiful -- as in the photo -- and there is a little dried shrimp on the top of each cracker. I think these shrimp crackers are very special. |
