I drink this every morning in the form of a latte with sugar. It is perfectly enjoyable. I notice a little more of a classic tea smell with this. (Think opening a new box of black tea) I probably wouldn't drink this ceremonial style. But then, that is why this is culinary grade. I can tell the difference between this and higher grades of matcha. |
