Review This matcha is a smooth blend of mild, grassy astringency, bitterness, and sweetness. The "tea" flavor is full and encompassing. The color is a deep, bright, wheat grass green. The mouthfeel is silky and full.

"Pinnacle" is a perfect name, as this is the best matcha I've enjoyed.
