Sakura Monaka has a genmai smoky roasted smell and is stuffed with bean paste. In my opinion the filling looks a bit different than in the picture, it is not as pink and hardly tastes like anything. It might be popular with somebody who prefers bean paste texture. I app...(more)

This confectionary is definitely in my top 3 at Hibiki-an! Even though it is "just" sugar, the way it melts on your tongue is very special. So delicate! PS: There are some pieces already missing in my photo, the box was stuffed. :)

Delicious! This is a chewy type of candy. The matcha flavor hits you right at the beginning and won't leave you for a while! Not too sweet, liked it a lot.

I was positively surprised by these Kuzumochi! I love the silky chewy texture and the subtle sweetness. I enjoyed it either with tea or as a small dessert after dinner. I have already reordered it, my favorite of all spring season sweets!
