Review	This is some awesome matcha. I'm a pinnacle gal but super premium is quite delicious. I also found that it can be used in cooking. It maintains its beautiful color very well. I prefer to use a higher quality matcha for cooking. Hibiki-An's Super Premium did not disappoint. The beautiful delicate matcha flavor came through in my Matcha Roll Cake. Excellent multi-purpose product. Some may not want to spend so much to cook with it, but I discovered it's worth it in the end result.
