Review	This 100 gram bag of Gyokuro is well worth what you pay for it. For me I prefer the three flushes at higher temperatures to still maintain a wonderful unami while bringing the caffeine and theanine levels higher as I prefer their effects. All three flushes are timed for two minutes each. 1st flush 149 F 2nd flush 154 F 3rd flush 162 F The first two flushes pack quite a wonderful flavor and a whallop, the gentle lift that I am drinking it for. The third flush is lighter but an enjoyable third cup.
