Review	If you are interested in a matcha that has rich, tantalizing aromas upon whisking as thin tea (usucha), a beautiful color, and a smooth, almost sweet flavor devoid of bitterness but full of tea complexities, you can't do better than Hibiki-an's Matcha Premium. I'm not a formal chado practitioner of any school, but I've enjoyed matcha for decades in both Japan and the USA, and can say that it is hard to find a better tea at this price. Although I don't make it myself, it is also delicious as thick tea (koicha), so even if you are indeed a true tea person--and many of my friends are--I highly recommend Matcha Premium. You can't go wrong!
